Our service commitments

Our services commitments:

Safe Non-Toxic

Our eco-friendly approach ensures no secondary pollution. The interaction of formaldehyde with live titanium results in the environmentally benign conversion to water and CO2.

We conduct comprehensive area-by-area testing and whole-unit treatment, without limiting our assessment to specific points.

Our technology is distinct from traditional photocatalysis as it depends on oxidation reactions rather than UV light activation.

The oxidation reaction can be repeated consistently over an extended period, ensuring a prolonged and sustainable depollution effect without any risk of secondary pollution

  • In light of the formaldehyde concentration data gathered from recent treatments in several 4- and 5-room flats, as well as the analysis of wooden samples, it is evident that indoor air pollution from formaldehyde gas exceeds WHO safety and clean indoor air quality standards by a significant margin. The recorded levels range from 10 to 11 times higher than the recommended standard of 0.08 mg/m3.

  • This data underscores the critical importance of our commitment to providing effective services to address this issue.

Thorough

Comprehensive Indoor Air Sampling

To ensure precise testing of indoor air formaldehyde concentration levels, our approach goes beyond traditional spot checks. We employ a China NEA-certified air collector device, which allows us to collect 10 liters of air from specific areas within the premises. This method offers a more comprehensive assessment.

Our sampling procedure involves:

  1. Kitchen Area: We collect 10 liters of air in the kitchen.

  2. Living Room: Another 10-liter sample is obtained from the living room.

  3. Bedroom or Other Room: Lastly, 10 liters of air are collected from the master bedroom or any other designated area.

On-Site Formaldehyde Testing

Subsequently, we employ the China NEA-certified formaldehyde detector to conduct on-site testing of the air samples collected. This detector ensures accurate assessment of formaldehyde concentration levels, allowing us to provide reliable results for our clients.

Treatment Procedures

Our treatment process for wooden cabinets involves a systematic approach:

  1. Disassembly and Individual Treatment: We meticulously remove wooden cabinet compartments one by one, ensuring that each component is treated as needed.

  2. Primary Treatment (Chemical A): The entire unit is treated using a misting method with the appropriate chemical A. This initial treatment is essential for addressing formaldehyde concerns.

  3. Optional VOC Treatment (Chemical B): If the situation requires the treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), we perform a secondary misting treatment using chemical B in addition to chemical A. This supplementary step further enhances the effectiveness of our treatment process.

Post-Treatment Assessment

Two days following the treatment, we conduct a comprehensive post-treatment assessment to ensure the effectiveness of our services. This assessment is designed to provide transparency and assurance to the property owner.

Air Quality Verification:

Using the same air collector device, we collect 10 liters of air from specific areas within the premises. This sampling process allows us to assess the formaldehyde concentration level on-site, enabling the property owner to personally observe and confirm the treatment results.

Our post-treatment air sampling locations include:

  1. Kitchen Area: 10 liters of air are collected in the kitchen.

  2. Living Room: Another 10-liter sample is obtained from the living room.

  3. Bedroom or Other Room: The third sample, consisting of 10 liters of air, is collected from the master bedroom or any other designated area.

Committed to Safety:

Our commitment extends beyond the treatment process. We are dedicated to ensuring that the final treatment results meet or exceed the World Health Organization's safety standards of 0.08 mg/m3 or lower under normal conditions.

Effectives

Live Titanium Active represents a significant advancement in indoor air pollution control technology. Its purification efficiency surpasses that of common photocatalysts and other products available in the market, effectively eliminating harmful substances from the air.

This innovative solution is patented in multiple regions, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Germany. Notably, it can operate continuously, 24 hours a day, even in the absence of light. This means it can remove formaldehyde and purify the air around the clock.

Live Titanium Active offers a comprehensive air purification solution, continuously decomposing airborne pollutants to achieve antibacterial, deodorizing, antifouling, and other air purification effects.

Long -lasting

When Live Titanium Active interacts with formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, and TVOC present in various decorative materials in the air, a swift oxidation reaction ensues. This reaction results in the production of non-toxic carbon dioxide and water, effectively neutralizing toxic and harmful substances. The distinguishing features of this process are its speed and immediate effectiveness.

Upon application, a super-nano-level macromolecular purification layer is instantaneously formed. This layer is exceptionally stable and long-lasting, ensuring sustained purification effects.
